  • How do I join?

    New To Storyline? Anyone is eligible to sign up! Simply create an account to start earning. Limited to 1 account per customer. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

    Already A Customer? You're automatically in! Sign in to your existing account to get started!

    * The 250 point bonus for joining the program is only available for new accounts. For existing accounts, the bonus will be greyed out, but as a March 2022 launch bonus, all active customer accounts were enrolled in the rewards program with a starting bonus of 250 Points.

  • How do I earn Points?

    Open the Rewards Panel to view your earning opportunities. Points for purchases will automatically be applied to your account* after order confirmation. Other opportunities available to you will be accompanied by a button for you to use to earn those points. To earn Birthday Points, you must add your birthdate at least 30 days prior.

    *Tip: Sign in to your account during checkout if you didn't when you began shopping. How do you know if you are signed in? Signing in allows the Rewards Panel to show you personalized information. You will also notice that the main menu button "Sign In" changes to "My Storyline Account" while you are signed in.

  • How do I convert Points to Rewards?

    Open the Rewards Panel to view your Reward opportunities. Click the button next to your choice and cha-ching, it's yours! Free Shipping Rewards Codes, Dollars Off Reward Codes, and Percentage Savings Rewards Codes will be saved in your Rewards Panel for easy use on your next order. Gift Card Rewards will be emailed to you.

  • Do Points and Rewards expire?

    Yes. You have six months to use both Points you've earned and Rewards you've chosen by converting your Points. We'll send you a series of reminders so you won't forget! The exception to this is for Gift Cards and Gift Card Rewards. Per Minnesota state law, our Gift Cards never expire.

  • Can I use a Gift Card with my Rewards at checkout?

    Yes. Gift Cards are a form of payment, so you can use a Reward Code to save at checkout AND a Gift Card, or multiple Gift Cards, to further reduce your subtotal.

  • Can I use a promo code with my Rewards at checkout?

    No. Only one code - Promo, Discount, or Rewards - can be used at checkout.

  • What happens if my order is canceled, returned or refunded?

    Purchase Points ($1 = 1 Point) earned with an order will be deducted from your account balance in the event of a refund to an original form of payment, and may be deducted at our discretion in the event of an exchange. Choosing "Store Credit" for a refund will allow you to keep the original points, with the added bonus of a reset expiration date.

    Rewards offers used on an order that is cancelled, returned, or refunded are forfeit and cannot be reissued.

  • Can I combine accounts?

    No, unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. While you can create as many accounts with us as you have email addresses, points cannot be transferred between accounts or combined. Only the account used to place an order can earn Purchase Points. Using your same customer account each time is the smartest way to shop and accrue points!
